After 16 years on the board of Prolabin & Tefarm, a former spin-off of the University of Perugia, Prof. Umberto Costantino is stepping down from his role as Chairman of the Board.

The leadership of the company will now pass to its co-founders and partners, Dr. Roberto Spogli and Dr. Michele Sisani, who will assume the roles of co-CEOs and Legal Representatives. This transition ensures continuity and a shared vision for the company’s future development.
