On Tuesday 20 February, during the event “Traiettorie Innovative”, Dr. Bernard Fioretti of the University of Perugia will speak on “The nutraceutical potential of the wine supply chain: the experience of the PSR”, to present the results of the Resvitaly project, Mis.16 PSR Umbria 2014/2020, in which Prolabin & Tefarm was an active partner.
The event will be held in the Sala delle Colonne of #PalazzoGraziani from 9.30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and is the first of a series of three seminars organised by the Perugia Foundation to promote innovation in the agricultural and agrifood sector.
The initiative is developed in collaboration with Ager-Agroalimentare and Ricerca 3A-Parco Tecnologico Agroalimentare dell’Umbria.
The aim of the event is to foster the exchange of knowledge and experience useful for the region, as well as to promote collaboration between participants in multi-partner projects supported by Ager at national level or financed by the Umbria Region through Measure 16 of the 2014/2020 RDP
